We are Click Property Management, an independent property management company based in Dunedin. Our primary goal is to efficiently manage residential properties with integrity and transparency.

Andrea founded Click Property Management in February 2010 after identifying a gap in the residential property management market. Her goal was to create a point of difference—to improve the industry and build a professional company that provides exceptional quality through an innovative, customised property management service. 

 

From humble beginnings, we aspired to be the leader in our field. We quickly took the market by storm, and our bright pink marketing and branding are still well-recognised today! Initially, our goal was to manage 120 properties, and within two years, we exceeded this target by 275 percent. Today, we manage around 400 properties across Dunedin, making us the city's largest independent residential property management company.

We have grown into a family company comprising three family Directors, plus an additional four employees. We were honoured to be recognised for our excellence in the industry, winning the 2016 Westpac Otago Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for service.
