Dunedin Naturopath, Sarah is the founder of Cliffside Herbary & Dispensary which is a unique Naturopathic Clinic with boutique Herbal Dispensary, Apiary, and Medicinal Herbary.

Sarah has always been passionate about Medicinal Herbs for health and well-being and has 25 years of experience growing these. Sarah holds a Diploma in Naturopathy (2024) and is registered with the New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists (NZAMH) and Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists of New Zealand (NMHNZ).

Sarah offers consultations in her Dunedin Naturopathic clinic. She runs workshops using medicinal herbs, plants, and seeds.

Sarah’s in-clinic Naturopath consultations will set you on the path for better health and wellbeing with comprehensive treatment plans. She will explore diet and lifestyle, and use the tools of holistic Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Lifestyle advice and where appropriate natural supplements. Sarah will target the root cause of your health Condition.

What would a Naturopath be without their own Herbary to draw from? At Cliffside Herbary/nursery, Sarah has in-season offerings of medicinal plants and nutritious vegetables. The Herbarygrows herbal teas and boasts its own apiary providing fresh boutique raw honey and beeswax.

The Workshops run by Cliffside Dispensary coincide with school holidays to teach young people the value of natural health. These workshops demonstrate how to grow and use medicinal

herbs to make ointments, and herbal teas, Sarah has a long list of options to choose from, in doing so tailoring the workshops for the individual, (just like she does with her Naturopathic appointments). These workshops also teach how to best use nutrition to support the body systems. Adult classes are also available.
