Power washing – Sims & Blue offer one-off power washing and maintenance programmes, we wash down houses, remove graffiti, undertake moss and mould treatment, and water blast fences, retaining walls, paths and driveways. We also undertake lead-based paint removal on restoration projects.

With all houses and schools, in general, we recommend a maintenance programme where at between 1-2 years we complete a power wash and touch-ups (where needed) to extend the life of your investment.
